Wedding Flowers

Deposit 

In order to confirm the booking, we charge a deposit of 25% of the estimated eventual invoice. This saves the date and is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your final invoice. If you postpone your wedding we will hold your deposit until the wedding goes ahead. Payment of the deposit is an acknowledgement of our Terms and Conditions. 

No wedding or event is booked until the deposit has been paid.

Quotation and payment

Order details and prices will always be agreed in writing prior to sale. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Your initial quote will be provided in writing, by email. 

If you wish to make any alterations to the initial quote, this may be done in writing, up to 28 days prior to your wedding date. 

Full payment of your final quote will be required 28 days before your wedding date.

Payment can be made by cash, or direct payment via internet banking.

Cancellation 

In the unfortunate event of cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded. Complete cancellation of the wedding must be advised in writing, at least 28 days before the wedding. 

Hire of items

We charge a refundable deposit of £100 for the hire of items. Charges will be made for any glassware/items returned cracked, chipped or broken. Cost of any broken/damaged items will be charged at the current purchase price. Equipment hired (glass ware, urns, plinths, churns etc) remains the property of Iris & Wilf at all times.

Any items not collected by Iris & Wilf following the event must be returned within 3 days. 

Flowers 

Whilst we endeavour to accommodate requests for certain varieties, this cannot be guaranteed. We will work to your preferred style and colours, based on discussions. Please note, we use any photos you send as inspiration, and we will not produce identical flowers or designs. 

Delivery and set up

Queries must be raised within 30 minutes of delivery by telephoning 07825 637398

If booking table decorations, bud vases, milk churns and large installations (arch, fireplace), then a venue set u charge will be agreed 

Photography

Iris & Wilf reserves the right to take photos of the flowers and setting prior to the wedding , which may be used for promotional purposes.

Responsibility 

Iris & Wilf accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to the hirer or any third party with regard to equipment hired for use at the event.

In the unlikely event that Iris & Wilf is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to find a replacement florist.

We are fully insured and a copy of our certificate can be provided.
